About

A mortgage advisor who thinks like a strategist

I help clients move from where they are today to the best mortgage outcome they can legitimately reach — not just a yes or no on a single application.

Hamed Ashouri, Mortgage Broker and Financial Strategist

Hamed Ashouri

Mortgage Broker · Financial Strategist · Mortgage Structuring Specialist

Hamed Ashouri is an Ontario mortgage broker and financial strategist who helps clients turn complex financial pictures into clear, well-structured mortgage outcomes. He brings a planning-first mindset to every file — looking past a single approval to how each decision supports a client's broader financial goals.

I work with home buyers, homeowners, self-employed borrowers, incorporated professionals, business owners, and real estate investors across Ontario. Many of my clients have situations that don't fit a simple checklist — complex income, multiple properties, or a goal that needs careful structuring.

My approach is advisory-first. Before talking products or rates, I work to understand your goal, your real financial picture, and the gap between the two. Then I build the path: the documentation, the lender, and the structure that gives you the strongest legitimate chance of getting there. I also serve Persian-speaking clients fully in Farsi.

My focus:

  • Mortgage planning
  • Debt optimization
  • Wealth building through real estate
  • Financing strategy

How I Work

The principles behind every file

Start with your goal

The current situation is the starting point, never the final answer.

Find the gap

I identify exactly what stands between today and your target outcome.

Structure the path

Documentation, lender, and strategy — built around your strengths.

Stay compliant

Only legitimate, documentable, lender-acceptable strategies. Never anything misleading.

Keep it clear

Plain numbers and honest guidance, so you can decide with confidence.

Support to the close

I stay with your file from first conversation through to closing.

Let's talk about your situation

The first consultation is a conversation, not a commitment.
